Q. Do I need to register a promotion to run a quiz?

Yes, quizzes must be linked to an active promotion. Registering a promotion enables user participation and allows you to offer gift rewards to encourage engagement throughout the promotion period.

Q. Can I edit or delete a promotion after it’s registered?

Yes, but options vary depending on the promotion’s status. You can access these options via Promotion Management > Promotion List.

  • Scheduled ✅ Edit and delete available ⚠️ Deleted promotions cannot be recovered

  • In Progress ✏️ Only the promotion name can be edited ❌ Deletion not allowed ❌ Gift settings cannot be changed

  • Ended ❌ Editing and deletion not allowed ⛔ Quiz participation and reward distribution are closed

Q. Can users still participate in the quiz after the promotion ends?

No. Once the promotion ends, the quiz will be deactivated and no longer accessible. To reopen participation, create a new promotion.

Q. Can I change the gift settings after registration?

Only if the promotion status is Scheduled. Once the promotion starts, gift settings are locked and cannot be edited.

To make changes before launch, go to Promotion Management > Promotion Details, then click [Edit].

Q. Can I delete a gift?

Yes, but only before the promotion begins. Once the promotion is in progress, gifts cannot be removed or modified.
